AI Token Hub provides API access to various large language models through an OpenAI-compatible interface. We act as an intermediary, routing your requests to the appropriate model providers.

3. API Usage

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key
• You must not use the service for illegal activities, spam, or to generate harmful content
• Rate limits apply based on your subscription tier
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is per-token as listed on our pricing page
• Free tier usage is subject to daily limits
• Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

6. Content Policy

You are responsible for the content you generate through our API. You must not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Token Hub is provided "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.
